We reviewed and used the Life Fitness X3-5 elliptical trainer over a period of 3 weeks. We also interviewed Life Fitness X3-5 owners as well as several people who had used the elliptical trainer in the gym or fitness center. If you want a machine that’ll provide a good workout and will last you a long time, fitness experts will agree that you should save up for a branded machine. A Precor device, a Life Fitness machine, or an Octane elliptical machine, would be an excellent choice.
